PL-7008: Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio

Learn to build agents powered by the GitHub Copilot harness in Microsoft Copilot Studio in this intermediate one-day course. You will compare the available agent harnesses, define an agent’s purpose and behaviour through natural-language instructions, and refine it by testing in Preview.
You will ground agents with knowledge, extend them with tools and skills, and automate tasks with deterministic workflows that give you a clear, auditable path for actions that must produce the same result every time. Finally, you will evaluate agents, publish them to Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and learn how monitoring, governance and lifecycle management keep them production-ready.
The course is aimed at app makers and functional consultants with a basic understanding of AI and agents. You will need access to a Copilot Studio environment with Copilot Credits, plus a Microsoft 365 account with Outlook and Teams.
