Enhance your skills with the “Empower Your Workforce with Microsoft 365 Copilot Use Cases” course. Designed for business users, this one-day, beginner-level training gives you hands-on practice with Microsoft 365 Copilot across apps such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, applying it to common tasks in realistic business scenarios.
The exercises cover ten use cases: Executives, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Communications, Customer Service and Legal. Each module includes two exercises with expanded tasks, and trainers can choose which use cases to include while the course stays at one day.
Before attending, you should be familiar with how Microsoft 365 Copilot works across Microsoft 365 apps, including Copilot Chat and Copilot Agents. You will also need access to a Microsoft 365 subscription licensed for Microsoft 365 Copilot and a Microsoft OneDrive account, as both are required for the exercises.
