AZ-2007: Get started with AI-assisted development

Accelerate your development workflow with this one-day, intermediate course on AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio Code. It is designed for developers who want to move faster while keeping code quality high, and it walks through the Copilot and Copilot Chat features that matter most in day-to-day work.
You will learn how to analyse existing code, generate explanations, project documentation and inline comments, develop new code features, write and run unit tests, and make improvements to reliability, performance and security. The course also closes with an introduction to vibe coding, showing how to create and refine an app with GitHub Copilot Agent. Practical exercises let you apply each technique hands-on.
To get the most from the course, you should have at least a year of coding experience and some familiarity with building C# applications in Visual Studio Code with the C# Dev Kit extension. An active GitHub Copilot subscription, either personal or provided by an organisation, is required to complete the exercises.
