MB-280T01: Configure Dynamics 365 customer experience model-driven apps
This course focuses on configuring model-driven apps within Dynamics 365, specifically tailored for professionals in IT or marketing roles. Participants will gain practical skills to customize user experiences with minimal coding, enhancing productivity through applications like Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Over the course of one day, students will learn to create tables and columns, utilize Microsoft Dataverse, and configure user experiences in model-driven applications. A foundational understanding of Microsoft Power Apps and basic data modeling is recommended, as this course builds on those concepts.
